Our new digital Auto-Fill Station will greatly increase productivity and improve accuracy when filling dry chemical fire extinguishers. With the push of a button, your technicians can start the filling process and return to other work while the extinguisher is filled with the required chemical weight. Beyond the 3 preset weights, this new design allows the technician to select manual weight in .5 pound increments from 2 to 150 pounds. The Auto-Fill Station comes with a 150 lb capacity scale, fill cone hold down device and H-M-I auto control console. The only additional equipment needed is one of our fill systems in 50, 100, 150, or 450 lb sizes with fill system console.
We have separated the Auto-Fill Console from all sources of dry chemical to isolate all the electronics in a dust proof enclosure.
